Trade program

We work with all professionals, interior designers and architects

Singular Space works with designers and architects who specify for clients that won't settle — and with teams behind hotels, restaurants, and residences of state held to the same standard.

We offer dedicated trade pricing and worldwide white glove delivery and installation. No minimums.

Our trade program

Taken care of, start to finish — so you can focus on your work

Trade pricing

Approved professionals receive dedicated pricing across the entire collection. We confirm your terms the same day you're approved.

Delivery and installation

Carpets and large furniture ship free worldwide, delivered white glove — scheduled to your timeline, carried to the room, installed, and left ready to live with.

No minimums

A single piece for a single room is as welcome as a full property.

For your renders

Every piece exists as a 3D model, ready to drop into your plans and renders exactly as it will arrive in the room. Just grab it on the product page from the accordion.

One contact

Questions, timelines, specifications — one person answers, and answers quickly.

Who we work with

Most of our work is residential — singular pieces for exceptional private homes. We also supply larger projects: hotels and restaurants where the interior is part of the reputation, and embassies and residences where objects are expected to outlast their tenants.

Frequently asked questions

Who qualifies for the trade program?

Interior designers, architects, art consultants, and the procurement or project teams behind hospitality, corporate, and diplomatic spaces. A website, portfolio, or business registration is all we need to confirm.

How do I apply?

Use our contact page to reach out, or write to aleks@singularspace.org with your name, your studio or organisation, and a link to your work. Approval usually follows within one business day.

How does trade pricing work?

Once approved, your pricing applies across the collection — we confirm it in writing the same day. Multi-piece projects are quoted individually; write to us with the scope.

Is there a minimum order?

None. Specify one piece or an entire property — Every project is different, but our service is always the highest standard.

How is delivery handled?

Carpets and large furniture ship free worldwide with white glove service: scheduled around your project, carried to the room, installed, and the packaging gone before we leave. Smaller objects travel by insured, tracked courier.

Can delivery wait until the site is ready?

Yes. We hold finished pieces and schedule installation around your handover — the project sets the date, not the workshop.

What are the lead times?

Pieces in stock ship within one week. Made-to-order pieces take 10–40 weeks — each is knotted, finished, and inspected by hand — and we confirm the timeline in writing before work begins.

Can pieces be made to custom dimensions or colours?

Yes. Sizes, proportions, and palettes can be adapted by the same workshops that make the standard collection — write to us with the space and we'll confirm what's possible.

Do you provide samples and specifications?

Material samples are available on request. Every piece also has a detailed spec sheet if you can't wait — dimensions, materials, knot density, weight, and care — everything you might need.

Do you provide 3D models?

Yes — of every piece we make. True dimensions, true materials, ready to place in your scene without a second of rework. Write to us if the standard formats on the product pages are not enough and we'll send them over.

Where do the pieces come from?

Every piece is made by masters of their craft — workshops we know personally and return to. Each carpet carries its provenance with it. Our Process and Materials pages show how, and where.

How do the pieces hold up in busy spaces?

Hotels and restaurants are where good materials show their worth. New Zealand wool is naturally flame-resistant and springs back from decades of use — and for contract settings, we're glad to discuss testing and certification per project.

What about care — and years from now?

Care guidance comes with every piece, and we stay reachable long after delivery: cleaning advice, refresh options, an open door.

What if something arrives less than perfect?

Every shipment is insured door to door, and an installation isn't finished until you'd sign your own name to it. If anything is off, we make it right — quickly, and at our cost.

How is invoicing handled?

Invoices are issued to your business, with VAT handled correctly for your country — including reverse-charge invoicing within the EU. Payment terms for made-to-order pieces are confirmed with your quotation.

Can we see the pieces in person?

By appointment in the Netherlands, and at selected fairs through the year. Write to us and we'll arrange it.

Furnish once.

Pieces your clients will keep for decades — and credit you for choosing.
